Courses Can I study on more than one course at a time? Yes, you can choose to study on as many courses as you want. We do recommend however that if you are going to do this that you use the same email address and password when you register on each course. This will make it easier for you when using the system online. When will my course start? Once you have registered your details, and your credit card payment has been cleared by Worldpay, you will receive an email message acknowledging your registration and informing you of your online username and password. You can then logon and begin studying whenever you like. How do I apply? Go to our online form to register today.

Costs How much does it cost? The prices of our courses vary according to the nature of a course and its duration. The actual price of a course is given on its associated information sheet.

General Why is the Sport Alchemy course available free of charge? This is a special offer, for the launch of the Sportscoach21 website.  Learners signing up for this free course will become part of the Sportscoach21 community and will benefit from a range of new and exciting features as we grow and develop the site over time. Will I get a certificate? At the moment, there is no functionality set up to award certificates upon completion of our Sportscoach21 programmes. Who do I send my work to for marking? These programmes are designed as self-directed learning, which means that you can work through it in your own time, whenever and wherever you want to.  There are practical exercises and activities for you to complete, but they are not marked by a tutor – they are simply there for you to track your own progress and check your learning. What happens if I don’t want to do the course anymore? There is no commitment from you when you register on Sportscoach21 and, if you decide that you no longer want to study your chosen course, that’s fine.  You can always come back to it at a later date or register for another course. How long will it take to complete the course? These courses don’t have a time limit attached to them for completion – you can work through them as quickly or as slowly as you like.  However, once you have accessed all of the study sessions in your course, it will expire 90 days after this and will no longer be visible in your study area.

Technology

I have changed my email address. What do I need to do?
If you change your email address, you must inform us by emailing support@sportscoach21.com so that the system can be updated. If your current email address is not recorded on our system, we will not be able to send important email notifications to you.

What software do I need access to in order to study these courses?
Basic requirements are:

• An Internet enabled PC
• Email software and an active email account
• Microsoft Word or similar word processing package.
